For the first time ever, both of our kids are at school. Nathan is only going to pre-school 2 days per week but it feels funny with them both being gone. Usually at this time, he’d be playing the Wii and then we’d head outside for baseball or riding bikes etc.  I have a hard time believing they are growing up so fast.

Up until about 6 months ago, Nathan had a very difficult time and would worry about going to Sunday school at church.  He would cry and be in a terrible mood but would be fine by the time we picked him up.  Then, a switch seemed to flip for him and he started enjoying his class – no fuss, no crying. Although Nathan had been excited about going to pre-school, Amy and I were worried that when the time came, he wouldn’t want to go because he was asking her at bedtime last night “what happen if my tummy is sick tomowoah”.  We could not have been more wrong. He was in a great mood all morning and walked into class like it was nothing. Just sat down and started coloring. Cool.

How cool! Mine are all in Elementary School now! Can’t believe Rachel is in kindergarten! You should see her backpack – it’s bigger than she is!

Kayla has a huge backpack too. I think they make them bigger now than when we were kids.
