My Top Ten for 2009

Really impossible for me to choose a top 10 but this is what I came up with. I’m sure if I tried again tomorrow, it would probably be a much different list. In no particular order (click them for a larger version):

This is Jacob (the son of some of our friends) at a pool party. I was lucky to get this shot because I wasn’t even looking through the viewfinder. Good guess.

I shot this series of photos while Kayla was trying to get a loose tooth out on her own. I really like the look on her face in the third picture when she realizes it’s almost out.

Amy shot this in Galveston. It looks like the frog and Nathan have the same facial expression. Funny.

During the summers, we spend a good amount of time with our friends who live on a ski lake just down the road. This is Kayla and their daughter Myah. I just love their expressions in this one. Pure joy.

Nathan and I went to the driving range with Jeff and his son Lachlan who just had to have a glove. Jeff had an extra in his bag and he was happy as a clam even if it was the size of his head.

James had  just accidentally pelted Kyle with one of those sponge water balls and so Kyle needed some consoling.

We went on a little photo shoot this summer to some local store fronts.

I shot this one when I went with Jeff and his family to shoot Christmas photos. This is Pippi showing off what she thinks is the winner of the Christmas tree hunt. I just love the pose.
